Dominic is responsible for leading the RAP implementation activities, managing the RESDP grievance process, coordinating the scholarship and apprenticeship programme, supervising the work of the communications consultant, monitoring contractor compliance with the project’s Environmental and Social Management Plan and national legislation and policies, providing technical support in the preparation and implementation of social instruments such as the SEP, RAP, RPF, ESIA and ESMP, conducting social baseline studies and reporting on the implementation of social safeguards to the World Bank while identifying areas for improvement. Dominic is a development manager with over 20 years of experience in project development and implementation and has many years of experience dealing with international development organizations. He is also an adjunct lecturer with the University of the West Indies and a guest presenter to students at Queen Mary University, Scotland. He holds a diploma in Development Leadership, bachelor's degree in management studies and a master's degree in development management. He is presently pursuing studies in Social Impact Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessment and Project Management.
