Grievance Redress Mechanism Performance Update: July to September 2025

There was increased use of the GRM this reporting period with four (4) new grievances reported to the project as compared to one in the last period. Of these, two were complaints, one a concern and the other an enquiry.

At the end of September, all but the one complaint had been closed. However, a written response has already been sent to this complainant. On acceptance of the proposed resolution, the grievance will be officially closed.

All persons affected by the project are encouraged to use the GRM to report their grievance.
